This is a special note of thanks to all members of the Manasquan Beach Staff and in particular the Squan Guards for their assistance in making the Atlantic Body Surfing Club's 2004 Tournament a great success. Their vigilance during the bigger than normal swells ensured the safety of our contestants. Special appreciation to the Mayor and Council of Manasquan, Noel Hood and the Squan Village Historical Society, for their efforts in making Big Sea Day a success.

The Club particularly thanks its officiating team of John Govel, Jim Walsh and Eric Kovats for their skill and hard work. Thank you to Mike Brown at Inlet Outlet, Bob Duerr and the Surf Riders Foundation for their continued support. A great big thank you to Doug McCarthy, Chris Kovats, Jen Coyle and Kristen Thompson from the Outback Steakhouse in Brick for being everywhere and helping out with everything. Special, special thanks to Cara Kovats, Danica Kovats and Kelsey Comerford for keeping the contestants on track and on the Board! The Club is extremely appreciative of the following organizations whose generosity allowed us to provide prizes ranging from Metallica Tickets, Giants and Blue Claws Tickets, swim fins and so much more: Outback Steakhouse; Kenney, Gross, Kovats, Campbell and Pruchnik; Leggetts; and the Inlet Outlet Surf Shop. As we have in the past, special recognition to our spouses and significant others whose support and encouragement allows the Club to give something back to the residents of Manasquan, our contestants and supporters - you guys are the BEST.
