This is a special note of thanks to Gary Chapman and all the members of his
staff at Manasquan Beach and Noel Hood and the Historical Society for their
efforts in helping to make the Atlantic Bodysurfing Clubs Bodysurfing
Tournament a great success.
Our second year and we're now on a roll!
The Club thanks Debbie Colligan, John Govel and Jim Walsh for their
organizational and officiating skills. Thank you to Doug Terry at Landmark
Sportswear and Mike Brown at the Inlet Outlet for their continued support. A
great big thank you to Chris Kovats and the Outback girls from the Outback
Steakhouse in Bricktown for being everywhere and in helping with everything.
Thank you to Tom ONeill and the Surfriders Association for their continued
support. The Club is extremely appreciative of the following organizations
whose generosity allowed us to provide prizes ranging from dinners, Giants
tickets, Blue Claws tickets, swim fins and so much more: Outback Steakhouse,
Inlet Outlet, Kenney, Gross, Kovats, Campbell and Pruchnik, Carrabbas Italian
Grill, Leggetts, Bayou Cafe and Landmark's Custom Sportswear. Special
recognition and thank you to Tom Mader of the Santa Cruz Bodysurfing
Association for making the long trip to participate in our east coast
activities. As we have in the past, a special thank you to our spouses and
significant others whose support and encouragement make it all worthwhile.
